My hair is now a lot redder and I’m still obsessing over reading A Dance with Dragons, so it was time for some Tully representation.

I used Sally Hanson’s Complete Salon Manicure Thinking of Blue and Right Said Red, and L’Oreal French Tip White.

I’m getting closer to the end of A Dance with Dragons, and winter is indeed coming, so I was inspired to do these. I call them my beyond-the-wall nails.
To create the distance effect I put down one layer of a sheer white over a base coat. Then I drew on a single tree with my black nail art pen, and covered it with another layer of the sheer white. I repeated this until I had enough trees, leaving the last tree without a layer of sheer white. Then I just sealed it with my favorite top coat.
I used Sally Hanson’s Salon Manicure Polar Bare and a black Sally Hanson Nail Art Pen.

I’ve been wanting to do butterfly wings for a while, and I finally got around to it.
I used Zoya’s Pru over a coat of Essie’s Licorice and L’Oreal French Tip White.

My office had a cowboy themed summer party, so I wanted to do denim nails. But the sponge method just wasn’t doing it for me. So I tried using a dry brush and criss-crossing across the nail.
I used a purely Sally Hanson line-up this time. I used the Complete Salon Manicure Thinking of Blue for the base, and the Insta-Dry Brisk Blue and the Complete Salon Manicure Lavender Cloud for the texture. The horseshoe was drawn with a white Sally Hanson Nail Art Pen.

It’s hard to capture on camera, but Nails Inc. London’s Stratford looks like painted-on silk. And what goes better with silk than lace?
The design was done using a black Sally Hanson nail art pen.

I did have a different plan for this week, but I ended up buying a beautiful new green polish on Friday. So I just played around and it ended up matching the Stop! Tea Time! shirt I was wearing.
I used Sephora by OPI’s Mermaid to Order, Essie’s Licorice and Sally Hanson’s Crackle Overcoat Fractured Foil.

Inspired by one of missladyfinger’s designs from a while back. I wanted this to be more summer-y with white dots, but I lost my white nail art pen. I still think these turned out rather nice.

My first attempt at splatter nails, after I found some of the coral had infected my topcoat after I already had my turquoise nails. I love how this colour combo turned out.
I used Essie’s Turquoise & Caicos and Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Peachy Breeze.

For the New Year’s masquerade party I went to I did something simple to go with the mask I wore.
I used many layers of Sally Hanson’s Salon Manicure Polar Bare to get a slightly transparent porcelain effect, then did the tips with the Gold Chrome Colour Quick Pen.

I decided to get all glittery for Vegas.
I used essie’s Licorice and Nicole by OPI’s Nicole’s Nickel. I originally wanted to do a glitter gradient, but I got that coverage with only one coat!

As a follow-up to my pokeball nails, I decided to add a pickachu face to my yellow nails this week.
I’m sensing a theme. Water pokemon next?
The yellow is Revlon’s Top Speed - Electric
