Amazing what sticking to three meals a day can do.
Finally after YEARS of being underweight, with a little help from a steady schedule and a changing metabolism, I am officially healthy at 120 pounds. I mean, some of my clothes won’t fit over my bum anymore. I have a bum. I’m proud of myself.
